About me
MY APPROACH
I specialize in helping individuals feel more calm, resilient, empowered and even playful, in the face of emotional distress, trauma, stubborn unhelpful patterns and transition.
As each one of us has different wants, passions and needs, so too I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all model. In that way, together we discover and decide what therapeutic modality and techniques will best suit you, in your current situation. I use integrative therapeutic modalities, including CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Interpersonal Therapy.
The common thread between my therapies, is my belief in a therapeutic relationship which is both intimate and respectful and a therapeutic space that is open, non-judgmental and often playful, allowing us to delve into and process all that you choose to bring.
